Hey there everyone!

Well, it has been a crazy year so far for me! My wife is from Montana and has been wanting to move back there for some time now to be closer to her family. So, after three years of looking I finally found a job opening at the local hospital in their CT department! There are twelve radiologists in our radiologist group and the hospital here serves a large geographic area. I am working the night shift for now so the majority of my patients will be ER and ICU patients. I will also be learning on a scanner that is new to me; a GE 64 slice scanner. Most of my experience so far in the realm of CT has been with Toshiba scanners. So I am excited to be learning to run a scanner I haven’t operated before and see how it compares to the Toshiba 64 I’m used to.

Well, I have some really great ideas for new content and hopefully you will start seeing some of it soon! :)

Hi Calvin, saw by the morning paper that you and Hillary are new proud parents. Congratulations. Thought you two were back in Montana. Send ma an email once in a while. Your site looks good. A little high tech for an old guy like me but that is progress. later Lyle.

Love this site. I am getting ready to take the CT Registry and your review questions have been a great benefit to my current understanding of CT. Good luck in your job, my hope is that God will continue to bless you and your family.
